The most common causes are:
The result: overextraction (you are extracting too much flavor from the coffee)

Solution:
Shorter brewing time = cleaner taste
The finer the coffee → the more flavor is extracted.
Too nice coffee =
too much bitterness
Boiling water “burns” the coffee.
Perfect temperature: 92-96°C
Too much coffee → intense and bitter
Too little coffee → weak and unbalanced

60 grams of coffee per liter of water
