Uraga Gomoro is a specialty coffee that comes from the Guji zone in southern Ethiopia, known for its rich coffee heritage.
Grown at altitudes between 2,200 and 2,300 meters above sea level, the coffee benefits from the region's fertile volcanic soils and favorable climatic conditions. The beans are processed using the natural method, where the cherries are dried with the skins intact, which enhances the sweetness and complexity of the coffee.
This careful processing, combined with the region's unique terroir, results in a coffee that exemplifies the area's rich agricultural heritage.
