This coffee is an expression of how soft acids and fruity aromas can be combined with clear structure and balance – perfect for those who want an espresso-like focus in filter or pour-over.
Ethiopia is considered the country of origin of coffee, and the Guji region is one of the most talked about terroir zones in the country. The region is located at high altitudes, often around 2300 meters above sea level , which provides:
slow maturation
rich aroma development
stable fruitiness
These factors contribute to the character that makes Raro Boda so special.
In Guji, over 700 small-scale farmers collaborate and together deliver ripe berries to the local washing station in Raro Boda. There, the following takes place:
sorting
controlled fermentation
drying on raised beds
The result is a coffee that combines fruity clarity, silky mouthfeel and clean balance .

Raro Boda is processed as natural , where the berries:
Fermented in controlled tanks
dried for about 3 days
dried for 10–14 days on raised beds
first stored at about 10% humidity
The long drying and fermentation gives a cleaner, more homogeneous profile with clear fruit and minimal “uncontrolled” aroma development.
In the cup you will find:
Tart berries – lively and balanced fruitiness
Bergamot – citrusy clarity
Mango – tropical notes with a sweet character
The combination is light, fresh and elegant — a coffee that inspires more brewing.
