This bag is always filled with the best beans from Brazil. Round, nice notes of chocolate and nut, no frills. When we roast this coffee, we really want to bring out the natural sweetness that Brazil has in it. We like to roast it light, but then the lovely nuttiness wouldn't come through, just as the light milk chocolate note would turn into a very intense cocoa feeling if we roasted it dark. Somewhere in between, we think these beans are best. An outstanding cup that is just what you need to start your day the right way or to enjoy a moment of relaxation.
