150g - Colombia, La Luisa

This special coconut and lemonade infused lotte comes from producer Juan Pablo Velez and his farm Finca La Luisa. Located at an impressive altitude of 1,720m, it is a 70-hectare farm located near the village of San Bernardo de los Farrallones in the Antioquia region. This batch was processed using a combination of anaerobic fermentation with the addition of fresh coconut and lemon, along with honey processing.


150g - Ethiopia, Gargari Gutiti

This washing station is located in Gedeb, which specializes in experimental processes. "Supernatural" is a new processing method that enhances the traditional natural sun-drying process by increasing the possibility of controlled aerobic fermentation during drying. Gargari Gutiti is located at 1,983 m above sea level and is known for its very strict and uncompromising standards.


150g - Colombia, Pink Bourbon

This batch is naturally processed using an extended 46 hour anaerobic fermentation. Coffee berries are selectively harvested by hand, washed, fermented in the absence of oxygen for 46 hours, and then dried in a marquesinha (a specialized drying tent) for 20-25 days with the coffee turned once a day to ensure consistent drying.


150g - Ethiopia, Wubanchi

The Wubanchi station is located in the village of Muje in the Guji zone. The zone, located in the Oromia region, where high altitude, fertile soil, consistent and abundant rainfall, and an abundance of local knowledge are all contributing factors to its high status. The local indigenous "heritage" varieties - which grow wild in Ethiopia - are responsible for the unique flavor notes that produce an unusual yet refined cup.


200g - Nicaragua, Buenos Aires

Olman Valladarez inherited the Buenos Aires farm, as well as the other La Laguna and El Suyatal farms, from his father. Previously, they sold their entire production of coffee berries to nearby processing mills, but then Olman's father decided to build a washing and drying station, Cafetalera Buenos Aires.


We ship coffee that has rested up to three weeks after roasting when available, and roast to order when needed. We ship coffee within one week of ordering.
