Some coffees don't appear often. When they do, it's important to stop by.
A new Geisha has landed in the roastery – this time from El Salvador.
And it's a coffee that really deserves attention.

We only have a limited quantity of this exclusive lot (only a few kilos), making it one of the most sought-after coffees we have had. This is coffee for those who love complexity, elegance and an expressive cup.
Finca Los Naranjos is a farm that has grown from almost nothing. It started as a dream in 2015, when a group of high school friends took over an abandoned plantation – and has grown into a business that employs more than 200 families in the area.
With the help of Entre Café Experience, they have also built a model that benefits both quality and local development.
The coffee at Los Naranjos is 100% shade-grown , with a rich population of native trees and plants. The biodiversity is impressive:
deer
cotuza
armadillo
toucans
parakeets
squirrels
...and many other wild animals thrive in the area.
The wide shade cover allows the coffee to develop slowly, which in turn produces deeper aromas and more complex flavors.

Los Naranjos has consistent methods for dealing with:
soil nutrition through studies and analysis
fertilization based on actual soil conditions
manual weed control without chemicals
protection of groundwater and soil structure
All of this ensures that their coffee has a stable quality – year after year.
Harvesting takes place between January and March, with pickers taught to only pick ripe berries. Brix measurements are used to determine perfect ripeness before picking.
When the berries arrive at the mill, a careful fermentation process takes place in closed tanks with control of pH and sugar development. This results in stable fermentation and a cleaner flavor expression in the cup.
After fermentation, the coffee is dried on raised beds to approximately 10% moisture, with a rest in storage to ensure optimal stability before packaging.
In the cup you encounter a clear and elegant profile:
Honey – soft sweetness
Lychee – exotic fruitiness
Rose – floral aroma
Mandarin – fresh citrus finish
This is a coffee with a perfumed character, silky mouthfeel and a long, elegant aftertaste.
