Bolivia El Arcángel – our first coffee from Bolivia.

There is something special about an origin you have never worked with before.

And now it has happened – for the first time we have coffee from Bolivia .

Caranavi – the coffee heart of Bolivia

Caranavi is the center of Bolivia's coffee production.

The region offers:

  • Stable height

  • Cool nights

  • Slow maturation

  • Prerequisites for complexity

It is not a mass-produced origin – but an area where quality is the focus.

El Arcángel – a farm with soul

The farm was founded in 2015 and had its first harvest in 2017.

The name El Arcángel comes from a majestic tree that once stood at the highest point of the farm – like a guardian over the land. That symbolism lives on in the farm’s atmosphere: calm, harmonious and almost meditative.

The coffee is grown in neat, well-organized rows, which allows for:

  • Efficient harvesting

  • Careful selection

  • Optimal plant care

A detail that distinguishes the farm is the careful separation of red and yellow berries , which allows each batch to express its unique character.

Honey process – balanced sweetness and body

This coffee is honey-processed.

This means that some of the fruit pulp is left behind during drying, which results in:

  • Increased sweetness

  • Soft body

  • Round mouthfeel

  • Deeper aroma

The result is a cup that feels both elegant and generous.

Flavor profile – nougat, nuttiness and fruity sweetness

In the cup you will find:

  • Nougat

  • Soft fruitiness

  • Nutty notes

  • Round and sweet ending

It's not a coffee that screams – it whispers.

It's balanced, smooth and incredibly easy to like.

How is Bolivia different from other origins?

Compared to:

  • Ethiopia – more floral and high acidity

  • Kenya – currants and clear freshness

  • Colombia – caramelly and classically balanced

…Bolivia stands for:

👉 Rounder body
👉 Soft sweetness
👉 Nutty elegance

It is a coffee that suits both enthusiasts and those who want a safe but high-quality choice.
