Hello!

Hello all coffee friends!

Here we will update between rounds about what we have going on at the roastery!

Mostly Kajjan will be sitting and writing. My updates will be more sparse, but I'll probably get some lovely pictures here and there.

As of this writing, we have just settled down to drink a cup of coffee. A pour-over made from my favorite coffee, Las Lajas. A naturally processed coffee from Costa Rica. We have been buying coffee from this farm for 3 years now and it has never disappointed! The biggest problem with this coffee is that it runs out haha! We are now waiting for the next harvest to be able to buy more Las Lajas.
